Jo joined our research team bringing experience from a construction, marketing, and a market research background. Her previous industry knowledge has ensured that she has been able to conduct in-depth interviews with senior level respondents from organisations such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities through to Architects and Engineers. She has also recently worked on several of our multi-client flooring reports which has involved large scale interview programmes with flooring contractors.
