Elly is the Research Director at Leading Edge and has led numerous projects in the construction and building products sector since she joined the company in 2013. Her role includes delivering projects involving detailed market analysis, customer research, customer service satisfaction measurement and new product launches. She has a keen interest in the planning, execution, monitoring and control of projects to ensure they deliver the desired outcomes. Elly’s expertise lies in translating data and information into meaningful findings and insights.

Elly frequently plays a key role in our environmental and utilities research projects for global clients and their overseas partners.

Before joining Leading Edge, she worked for a number of major airlines in corporate business development roles and draws on her commercial experience to identify opportunities for clients.
