Relaunch of manufacturer’s website to meet customers’ needs
This manufacturer wanted to provide more useable and interesting content on-line to bring in more business leads. After preparing a rough outline for the structure of the new sites, the senior management asked us to evaluate and provide recommendations on ways of improving them.
As the company operates in a commodity market it needed to get across its focus on customer service, product quality and innovation to differentiate itself from the competition. We looked at the structure of the sites and reviewed the content and brand values. We carried out a detailed evaluation using our own experience and feedback from customers and staff.
The websites now look fresher and the company's brand values really come across. The content really helps to draw customers into the sites and gives them a real insight into what the company offers, both technically and from the human perspective.
