Steve Graydon

Industrial Experience Year 

Steve is our year out student from the University of Hertfordshire, where
he is studying for a degree in Economics. As well as gaining experience of
what "9 to 5" (!) means for people in the real world and helping us out
with support activities when we're at our busiest, he is making a direct
contribution towards the development of the company through his year's
project in Knowledge Management.

At the end of the project he should have changed the way we approach our
projects and the way we handle information and data, to make it more
valuable in terms of its utility. Also the way we work as a company will be
changed as well.

Outside work Steve has continued DJ'ing and following his favourite
football team Southampton. Unfortunately his dream car is likely to remain
a dream for the next few years.

Our hope is that Steve can take some useful skills with him when he goes
back to university (as well as some cash!).
