Richard would also like to see more women in the construction industry and in any other industry for that matter. He has just joined the company after being a student for six years and he would have loved to remain a student until his dying day. However, faced with returning to the real world, he thought that joining the Leading Edge team would give him the opportunity to develop his commercial experience. He is currently looking forward to starting a postgraduate course in Marketing.

His biggest achievement is …well …everything is a big achievement for him, especially getting up so early on a morning, and his biggest regret in life was giving up "cups of tea" for more than a week.

Richard doesn't have a favourite motor car, instead he would prefer a race-prepared Ducati to hammer around a race track for a season.
