Anna Davis (BSc)

 



Anna would like to see more women in the construction industry, and more encouragement given for young women to take construction related degrees.

Her current challenge is to develop the companies Knowledge Management System to become a truly integrated system at the heart of the business, changing the way we handle information, data and tacit knowledge to make it more valuable in terms of its utility.

One of Anna's biggest achievements was playing her Tuba in a concert at the Festival Hall.

Her favourite book is currently Captain Corelli's Mandolin by Louis de Bernières a moving novel recounting the day to day struggle of Captain Corelli a young Italian captain billeted to the Greek island of Cephallonia, in the early days of the second world war, before Benito Mussolini invaded Greece.

Anna would like her current Vauxhall Nova to miraculously change into an Alfa 156 and lose the hairdresser hubcaps.
