How to find us – by car
Approaching from the M3 (West)
Leave the M3 at Junction 5 and take the A287 North towards Hook. When you reach the A30 turn right and follow the road through Hook into Hartley Wintney. Marlborough House is located on the right hand side just past the centre of the village, next to Brew House Lane. You may see Kenward House on the right, a large white building, we are 50 yards further on.
Approaching from the M3 (East)
Leave the M3 at Junction 4a and take the A327 North towards Minley Manor. When you reach the A30 turn left and follow the road into Hartley Wintney. Marlborough House is located on the left hand side just before the centre of the village, next to Brew House Lane. As you enter the village you will see a small parade of shops on the left (prior to the main shopping area), we are the first office past the shops.
Office parking
There are visitors’ parking spaces in our car park to the rear of Marlborough House. To access the car park, turn off the High Street into Brew House Lane which is next to a white, unmarked shop and Rural Fringe hairdressers. Brew House Lane is a small, narrow lane and our car park is first on the left.
How to find us – by rail
Hartley Wintney is served by Winchfield train station which is located approximately 2.5 miles south of the village or Fleet train station, which is slightly further, but has faster trains from London. The train from London Waterloo to Winchfield takes approximately 1 hour and services run four times every hour. You can also get to Winchfield by train from Basingstoke in 10 minutes and services run twice an hour.
