Our team is made up of individuals from a variety of backgrounds in the manufacturing, construction and distribution industries. We have a good mix of consultancy and operational hands on experience enabling us to quickly identify the key issues within a client's business and propose pragmatic solutions.

As a learning organisation, we are committed to continuous professional development, with many of our consultants belonging to the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Many of them graduated originally with construction-related degrees, or have had distinguished careers in the industry.
